Relocation Available The Sales Consultant will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers along with maintaining current accounts with an emphasis on strong negotiation skills, efficient closure rates, and excellent customer service. We are seeking an individual who is goal-oriented, focused, energetic, and organized. The ideal new member of our team will be able to maintain a positive, consultative demeanor in any situation. They would enjoy the challenge of guiding prospective and current clients through the process of identifying needs, preparing potential solutions to address those needs, presenting one or more solutions, and eventually working their way towards a successful order. This is an opportunity for the right person to join us at the inception of the exciting journey to shape the future of our growing company Responsibilities Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers that meet or exceed established quotas via prospecting, networking and referral activities within a regional market. Sales delivery process to include proper completion of financial and insurance paperwork, walk-around and review of equipment, introduction to pertinent dealership personnel, and follow-up after the sale is completed. Continuously keep updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Coordinate with the service department for vehicle service. Embrace a culture of integrity and professionalism in all sales pursuits. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of relevant experience required. Computer proficiency Knowledgeable in the area of truck specification and industry a plus, but not required. Adaptable nature that allows engagement at multiple professional levels throughout the organization. Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills. Must have a valid driver's license and be open to travel when needed.
